This workshop introduces participants to the Results-Based Accountability™ framework. In the workshop, Results-Based Accountability™ is applied to both cross-community quality of life improvements and the management of programs, agencies, and service systems.
Results-Based Accountability™ – Train the Trainer
This intensive, two-day workshop prepares participant to teach the concepts of results accountability and coach others in its implementation. Participants will learn how to:
- conduct their own Results-Based Accountability™ workshops;
- lead training exercises; and
- help organizations and their leaders put these practices into operation.
Results-Based Management, Budgeting and Strategic Planning
Results-Based Management, Budgeting and Strategic Planning if done well, will be accomplished in a single system. RLG consultants can help provide the road map for creating a culture of accountability through staff training and coaching.
Results Based Legislative Hearings
RLG consultants have provided technical assistance to legislative bodies at the state and local level looking to use the Results-Based Accountability™ framework as a way of fostering collaborative and results based leadership across agencies and sectors. Sustained focus on achieving results requires meaningful measurement by which progress is tracked. Being accountable for all residents requires indicators that can adequately describe the status of residents in those jurisdictions. RLG can assist in identifying indicators and the developing the strategy for partners to address them.
